1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Bel Fiore Pizza Catering website and the provision of catering services by Bel Fiore Pizza Catering (ABN available on request), operating from Meadowbank, Sydney NSW 2114 ("we", "us", "Bel Fiore"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Bel Fiore Pizza Catering provides mobile wood-fired pizza catering for events including weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and other celebrations across the Greater Sydney region and surrounds. The specific scope of services, menu, and pricing for your event will be agreed in writing prior to confirmation.

3. Enquiries & Quotations

Submitting an enquiry form or requesting a quote does not constitute a booking. A booking is only confirmed once:

• A written agreement or invoice has been issued by Bel Fiore Pizza Catering
• A deposit has been received in cleared funds

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.

4. Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your booking agreement. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer (EFT). Other payment methods may be available — please enquire.

5. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement:

• More than 60 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited; no further charge applies
• 30–60 days before the event: 50% of the total booking value is payable
• Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the total booking value is payable

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate date changes subject to availability. Reschedules are treated as cancellations unless a new date is confirmed at the time of change.

6. Guest Numbers & Menu Changes

Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event. Increases to guest numbers after this point may be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed. Significant reductions in guest numbers after confirmation may be subject to a minimum spend charge as specified in your booking agreement.

7. Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring the event venue permits open-flame cooking (or gas oven operation as applicable), provides adequate space for our equipment (minimum clearances will be specified on request), and has suitable power access if required. Bel Fiore Pizza Catering will not be liable for any additional costs or event disruptions arising from venue restrictions not disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Dietary Requirements

While we take all reasonable care to accommodate dietary requirements notified in advance, Bel Fiore Pizza Catering cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should be made aware of this. Final dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event.

9. Force Majeure

Bel Fiore Pizza Catering will not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under these terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions. In such circumstances, we will use reasonable endeavours to reschedule your event at no additional cost.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific event in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
